Rust-Oleum Primer 249937 Editorial Review

Rust-Oleum 249937 Primer, 1 Gallon (Pack of 1), 128 Fl Oz is a versatile oil-based primer ideal for both interior and exterior surfaces including plaster and wood. Highly praised for its easy application and excellent adhesion, many users found it outperformed competitors like Kilz, often requiring fewer coats for thorough coverage. However, some users noted issues with its performance on treated lumber, where weathering occurred within a year. The product is low odor, making it more user-friendly, and its matte finish allows for a smooth application. Overall, it's a highly rated primer that meets diverse painting needs while maintaining user-correctable instructions for optimal results.
