    Risposta: It comes with what you see in the photo. My throne had the hole on the bottom for mounting the back rest. It all depends on what throne you have.

    Risposta: If the bottom of the throne has the threaded connection point then it should fit. If it does, measure from the connection point to the edge of the seat to confirm clearance.

The attachment fits with the Gibraltar 9608OS and 9608HB models and can also fit to the softy round throne (9608-SFT) if the bottom has a threaded connection point. The attachment does not come with mounting brackets and isn't compatible with a Gibraltar 6608 throne.
