Black Widow Exhaust Mufflers BW0010-C Editorial Review

The Black Widow Exhaust Venom 250, known as the BW0010-C model, has received a variety of reactions from users who have installed it on different truck models. In general, customers appreciate the aggressive sound it delivers compared to other popular brands like Magnaflow and Flowmaster. Many users find that it strikes a favorable balance between loudness and comfort, particularly at cruising speeds. For instance, one customer noted that their installation on a 2011 GMC Yukon Denali yielded a beastly roar during acceleration without the bothersome drone that is often associated with louder exhaust systems. However, feedback isn't uniformly positive. Some users expressed that the expected loudness wasn't quite met when retaining the factory resonator, suggesting that for those seeking a truly loud experience, removing the resonator might be necessary. There are mentions of a slight drone during certain conditions, primarily at 30-40 MPH, but this seems to be a minimal concern for many. Additionally, there were mixed feelings about the sound quality when revving the engine; some users found it too raspy for their liking, especially when compared to other performance setups. Overall, the Black Widow Venom 250 has garnered appreciation for its deep rumble and high-quality sound, yet individual preferences for loudness and timbre can vary widely based on vehicle setup and personal taste. **
