It is calibrated for a 1/4 inch bit, but a 1/2 inch will work as well. Instructions for 1/2 inch use are on the back of the packaging. Using a 1/4 inch bit can save time in figuring out the proper setting for 1/2 inch.

Will this fit a Porter Cable PCE643?

No, it only fits Porter Cable 690 series and 7539 routers.

Will this fit a Drill Master 64341 from Harbor Freight?

I don't know, I have a different router.

Does it work with a Dremel plunge router?

This model does not work with the Dremel. A new model that does is currently in development.

How can you mount it to a Bosch PR20?

I can't say with any authority. The jig has several mounting holes that may fit your router. If not, you can drill new holes and counter sink them to make it work.

Does this fit the Ryobi R1631K router?

I'm not sure about your model, but on the package it lists the Ryobi RE 180PL and the R175. I don't know if these are compatible with yours or not.

Does this give a calculation for a 1/2 inch spiral bit? Or does it just work with 1/4 inch? Need to make a 7 1/4 inch hole (Bosch).

The jig is calibrated for use with a 1/4 inch bit. If you use a 1/2 inch bit, it will cut a circle 1/8 inch larger than the setting. So, to cut a 7 1/4 inch hole, set the center pin in the 7 1/8 inch position. As long as your bit clears the center portion of the jig, you should be fine.

Does this work with the Dewalt plunge base for compact router (DNP612)?

No, it doesn't. For your DeWalt and plunge base, you would need model 280 or 280 Pro.
