Since FLEET Enema contains sodium phosphates, there is a risk of elevated serum levels of sodium and phosphate and decreased levels of calcium and potassium, and consequently hypermatremia, hyperphosphatemia, hypocalcemia, hypokalemia and acidosis may occur.
