Yes, there's enough left over to do that. Depending on how far you space your intervals of wrapping, if you do it right there should be enough.

Our bar tape comes with 2 rolls for each side of the bars. They also include bar end plugs and finishing tape.

Could you wrap a bat handle with it?

Yes, we have seen this before, and have had customers use this for wrapping baseball bats and even guitar cases. We say go for it to give you that extra comfort.

Is there enough tape to cover both drop bars and aerobars?

There is enough tape to wrap 1 set of bars. If you are going to wrap 2 sets of bars, we recommend purchasing 2 sets of our handlebar tape.

I plan to use this on my wheelchair, can someone tell me how tacky this bar tape is? The last bar tape I bought was way too slick/slippery.
