One customer reported that the bottom detached from the cup after the first handwash. Overall, customers were impressed by the quality and design of this cup, with one customer amazed at how cold it kept their beverage. Another customer used it as a prize at a Kentucky Derby party. However, one customer returned all four cups due to three small welds breaking loose upon handwashing.
