There are multiple inserts that fit the rail to the pic section on your particular pistol so yes if you use the proper insert it should be a snug fit.

It depends on which CZ you are talking about. Any CZ other than the p10s you should just go with the regular tlr7a. If you have a p10s then you could still use a tlr7a but a tlr7 sub with the 1913 version would work if you want a smaller light than the seven a

This particular model only fits the Sig Sauer P365/P365XL/P365X pistols as the clamp system is designed for Sig Sauerâ€™s proprietary rail system. Maybe try the 1913 version.
