Despite many praising the album's mix of classic SF style riffs with some power metal and thrash nods, others experienced issues with the CD, claiming it did not work at all. One customer had to return their CD and get a replacement, while another recommended audio nerds to be aware that the mp3s are of variable bitrate. That being said, those who enjoyed the album praised the crazy drumming and solos and felt that it was right on point.
