This essential oil brand receives mixed reviews from customers. While some are thrilled and surprised by the quality and effectiveness of the oils, others find them to be lacking in potency and effectiveness. They also mentioned that adding a little more oil when it starts to evaporate and flipping the reeds helps to maintain the scent. However, they noted that they did not receive a dropper with their purchase. They found a workaround by using a drinking straw, cutting it down to size, and using it to measure and pour the oil.
