For instance, an XL size has been described by one user as feeling akin to a medium, leading to disappointment and frustration. Additionally, there are criticisms regarding the overall quality of the product, with at least one customer labeling it as "junk." The concern regarding sizing seems to be a recurring theme, causing some customers to feel that they would not encounter these issues with hats purchased from other retailers.
