Rispondere: Yes, this product is authorized to be sold within the US. It is not a GREY MARKET unit, and thus can be registered without any issues or additional steps. -

Rispondere: You get a 1 year license and then after that up to you to keep the subscription going. However the device will keep on working. There are some features that are above and beyond and require a subscription if you want those added features. -
