It glows all around the outside and is the best glow-in-the-dark material. It has a red clip on the snap part to adjust the breakaway tension and there is a place to hang a tag on the collar to personalize it. Customers appreciate that it is sturdy and not made with nylon, making it a more comfortable collar for their cats to wear. The collar doesn't get stuck in the cats claws or teeth and opens if tugged on too hard. The cats aren't irritated by the collar, and the collars have proved tolerable. The collar is well made and they reflect and glow brightly in the dark. Some customer's cats are indoor cats living in areas where there is high traffic, so they appreciate the reflective and glowing features. One customer had to replace the bell with an old one from their cat's collar. One criticism is that there are limited color options.
