| Stop use indications | If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before using this product. 5-methyltetrahydrofolate supplementation is not recommended concurrently with methotrexate cancer therapy, as it can interfere with methotrexate's anti-neoplastic activity; however, this folate source has not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate. An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate. Nausea and stomach upset are common side effects with any multivitamin formulations. Digestive upset, nausea, and complaints of odor are very common with all multivitamin formulations. We often recommend taking multis with food because it helps to mitigate this common effect. |

Thorne Daily Multivitamins Women's Multivitamins Editorial Review
THORNE - Basic Nutrients 2/Day is a comprehensive daily multivitamin designed with optimal bioavailability to support overall health. Each serving includes just two capsules, making it a convenient option for adults seeking essential vitamins and minerals without fillers. Users have noted the vitamin's quality and effectiveness, reporting feelings of increased energy and better overall wellness shortly after starting. However, some individuals have mentioned a noticeable smell reminiscent of rotten eggs, and a few experienced aftertaste issues, leading to mixed responses. These vitamins are gluten, dairy, and soy-free, contributing to their broad appeal as a clean supplement choice.
