The extender can be adjusted in many configurations and angles, as demonstrated in YouTube videos. It extends roughly 3" from the bar and has a "new bar" that is about the same length. The bar is 3⅞" x 1". The full height of the bar, when extended vertically, is 11cm (4.33 inches). The extender can be attached to carbon fiber, but users should research recommended clamps for CF seat pillars or clamps. Some users have had difficulty installing the device, with the screw that mounts the base to the handlebar or seat post not holding well and being hidden, making it difficult to tighten without removing the device.
