Flylin Hubs & Controllers c7f4435c-a2dd-476b-b650-b839ed853d40 Editorial Review
The Universal Mini Smart IR Remote Controller has garnered a mix of feedback from customers, showcasing a range of experiences that may inform potential buyers. Generally, users appreciate the device's functionality and the convenience it brings to controlling various electronic devices, particularly televisions. Those who have successfully set it up, primarily using the Ocrustar app, report positive experiences, noting that it worked seamlessly with TVs from brands like Insignia and Sony, making it an effective tool for managing devices without needing multiple remotes. On the downside, some users encountered significant issues, particularly with compatibility. Notably, it appears that the accessory struggles with newer devices, such as the iPhone 15, leading to frustration for iOS users. Inadequate instructions or outdated information on the original packaging exacerbated the issues for some, leaving them feeling disappointed and unclear on how to effectively use the product. A few users had to turn to community resources to troubleshoot setup challenges and learn how to make the most of the device. Overall, the product demonstrates promising potential as a universal solution for remote control but seems to falter with certain devices and presents challenges in terms of setup and usability that may deter some buyers. **
