    Rispondere: The antenna mast is 14in. | 36cm | long.

    Rispondere: It comes with a 96in. | 244cm | detachable special low capacitance cable.

    Rispondere: No, this antenna is designed to FM broadcast bands.
  • domanda: With the plastic base I noticed persons say it broke easy? Is that because of no predrilled holes or using self drilling screws with predrilling?

    Rispondere: The base is come with holes already, install it on my jeep one year ago and is still working good, the only thing is I had to make new holes in my jeep for screws because the holes in the base not match with the holes in my jeep.

    Rispondere: I used this antenna on my RV. In my case it was the same antenna as already existed. Mine had broken off. I just had to remove the screw at the lower ball where is swivels and replace the top part of the antenna.

    Rispondere: yes it does.

    Rispondere: Yes, the antenna angle is adjustable and can be mounted at a 90 degree angle (I.e., mounted to a vertical surface). I mounted it to the side of my travel trailer and it worked great.
  • domanda: Whats the ground wire on the the antenna side of the cable for?

    Rispondere: I used the antenna on a RV , the roof is a rubber compound. As a result I needed to ground it to the frame.
