The hat is made from a high-quality felt material that gives it a classic style, with a comparison to a donut for the Royal Deluxe and toasted bread for the 6x. The hat itself is true to size, but for those who have specific head shapes, it may not fit properly or may sit too high above the ears. While the product is of excellent quality, some customers were dissatisfied with the shipping and handling. One customer had to pay for shipping when returning the product and another customer received the hat without the Stetson hat pin that was pictured and mentioned.
