Atlantic Pumps TWVSC Editorial Review
The Atlantic Water Gardens TWVSC Asynchronous Pump Variable Speed Controller is equipped with a time of day clock and a START/STOP timer feature that do not require programming to operate. The controller allows for setting on and off times as well as adjustment of flow levels in 10 levels of adjustment manually via the control panel or by wireless remote. Additionally, it is weatherproof and can be operated via buttons on the control panel or a remote. However, it cannot be controlled by Alexa, and there are no immediate plans to develop a model that can. It is noted that this controller only works with TT line of pumps, and the manufacturer advises calling for additional questions. Customer experiences with this product have been mixed. Some have found that the speed controller did not work with their pumps, and they experienced issues such as overheating and difficulty with the clock function. One customer recommended confirming compatibility with the manufacturer before purchasing. Other customers, however, had a positive experience with the product, stating that it paired perfectly with their Atlantic asynchronous pump and that they had no issues with continuous use. Some customers also reported issues with the controller shutting down and ultimately failing after a period of use.
