Nutritionist's Take

As a nutritionist, I would clarify that Amazon Basics 2-Ply Flex-Sheets Paper Towels are not a food product and do not have any nutritional value. They serve primarily as a household cleaning tool rather than a consumable item. The potential drawbacks of using paper towels include environmental concerns associated with paper waste and the bleaching agents that may be used in manufacturing. While there are no health claims related to nutrition, these towels can be beneficial for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, especially in food preparation areas. It's important to consider reusability and sustainability as part of overall health. For individuals concerned about the environment or those with specific dietary needs (such as plant-based living), opting for cloth alternatives could be a healthier choice in terms of sustainability.
