Jagwire Cables JGDSKIT Editorial Review

The Jagwire Dropper Seatpost Cable Kit is a great option for those in need of a reliable and versatile kit for their dropper post. With a 1.2mm diameter inner cable, the kit should work with any cable activated dropper and can be used for both internal and external routing. The kit includes 6.5 feet of housing and an 8-foot-long cable, making it suitable for most bikes, but users may need to cut some off to fit their specific bike. The kit does not include a barrel nut, and some users have reported the cable being too short for their bike. However, the housing is long enough to work with most bikes. The kit comes with thin, flexible .8mm cable with a shifter nipple. Although a shifter cable is only a few bucks, if the included cable is too short, users may need to purchase one separately. Some users have reported missing cables from the package, but customer support can easily assist. Overall, the Jagwire Dropper Seatpost Cable Kit is a reliable option for anyone looking to upgrade their dropper post cable system.
