Before pairing, check to ensure the Bluetooth function is turned on by pressing "Home" button on your remote control and selecting Settings > Connection > Bluetooth. keep the remote control within 10 feet from the Laser Console, hold "Back"and "Home" buttons at the same time or "MENU" button at least 3 seconds to start pairing until you see the light pulsing on the remote control.
