    Rispondere: No, the tin is stovetop safe but not suitable for induction stovetops.

    Rispondere: These are external measurements (including handles). Internal dimensions are 34cm x 25cm x 7cm.

    Rispondere: Yes, easy.
  • domanda: If Teflon is so good, how do they get the Teflon sticker to stay on?

    Rispondere: Do not buy this item, the handle surfaces oxidise in the dishwasher and the roasting tray covering flakes off and the metal beneath rusts very quickly. You have been warned!!

    Rispondere: The coating is dishwasher safe but I've heard it does affect the coating on the silver handles. The non-stick on the pan is so good though, it washes even the toughest baked-on with so easily. It's a top-class pan and a good buy.
  • domanda: Does the non-stick coating start to come off over time?

    Rispondere: No, but it can scratch if you use metal utensils whilst making gravy etc. Also, I'd advise not putting it into the dishwasher.
  • domanda: Could you use it on ceramic hob for gravy?

    Rispondere: The information on the packaging states this item is suitable for all types of hobs except induction. Therefore, it would be okay to use on a ceramic hob.
  • domanda: Can this pan be used on an induction hob?

    Rispondere: I cannot answer that as I have a gas stove, but you can look on the internet for a plate that you can place on your induction hob to use any pot and pan.
  • domanda: Will the tray and rack rust?

    Rispondere: The rack will flake and rust with time and the handles of the tray oxidise in the dishwasher, so when handled you are covered in a black residue. The documentation says the tray is dishwasher friendly, but it isn't!
  • domanda: Are you able to use this roasting tin on an induction hob?

    Rispondere: I can't say yes because I don't have an induction hob. However, you can buy a plate that goes on the hob, and you can use non-induction pots and pans with it.
  • domanda: Does the width dimension include handles?

    Rispondere: The width given as 40cm, mine is nearer 41cm, that's including the handles.
