August Condenser REC100B Editorial Review
The August USB Condenser Microphone with Boom Arm REC100 is a budget-friendly option for those in need of a professional-quality microphone for their PC or laptop. The kit includes a unidirectional cardioid mic, a pop filter, and a shock mount, making it suitable for various recording needs. One customer expressed disappointment with the microphone, stating that the sound quality was not as expected. They mentioned issues with fragments of sound and a Constant background noise. However, they did note that occasional buzzing could be resolved by toggling the USB port. On the other hand, another customer found the microphone to be a great value for its price. They highlighted its clear and high-quality sound, making it suitable for streaming, YouTube videos, and communication on platforms like TeamSpeak and Discord. Overall, the August USB Condenser Microphone with Boom Arm REC100 seems to have mixed reception. While some customers were not satisfied with the sound quality, others found it to be excellent for its price.
