PhysKcal 50 mm Olympic Weight Plates, Tri-Grip, Rubber Coated, 1.25-25 kg
** PhysKcal Olympic Weight Plates** The PhysKcal Olympic Weight Plates have garnered positive feedback from customers, highlighting their solid build quality and compatibility with Olympic bars, making them a great addition for home gyms and strength training enthusiasts. The 10KG pair shines with its rubber finish and tri-grips, providing a user-friendly design that alleviates slipping during workouts. Many users expressed satisfaction with the overall quality of the plates, indicating they feel well-made and durable for the price point. A common observation, however, is that the plates have an oily residue straight out of the box, attributed to a mold release agent used during production. This can easily be remedied with a simple cleaning using a microfiber cloth. While some users noted the dimensions of the rubber plates may compromise their size-to-weight ratio compared to traditional steel plates, this characteristic is generally accepted due to the nature of rubber weights. Despite minor concerns, including occasional odors and the initial grease, customers are enthusiastic about their purchase, with plans to buy additional weights in the future. Overall, the PhysKcal plates are recommended as a reasonable and high-quality option for anyone needing reliable barbell plates. **
